Mahnaz Khazen Ph.D, MRICS, CCIM, CPM is the Broker of Record and Co- Founder of KHAZEN CRE a San Jose-based company that specializes in attracting domestic and foreign investment into impact Investment projects across the United States.
Mahnaz is a leader in urban revitalization and community empowerment with a decades-long career in residential and commercial real estate and neighborhood transformation in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide.
Mahnaz served on the International Activity Committee of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the leading commercial real estate certification institute, is a licensed Property Manager-CPM, and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors -MRICS.
She has also served as Vice President of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce.
Mahnaz has extensive international business experience and is fluent in several languages. More specifically, she is an expert on ways of enabling foreign investment to address social needs and empower communities in the U.S. and complete a due diligence process for their investment through programs such as EB-5 and other approved investment programs
Community and Non-Profit Involvement
Alongside her sizable impact on job creation in the Bay Area, Mahnaz has been a long-standing and active promoter of community organizations and non-profits.
She co-founded the International Businesswomen of Impact, and is a founding member of the Pars Equality Center. She is an advocate for housing and job opportunities for veterans, women and economically under-served families.
She is Chair of Trustees at the West Asia Council, a non-profit organization that promotes intercultural understanding and reconciliation.

Shervin Khazen is the co-founder and Vice President of Operations at Khazen Commercial Real Estate Consulting and Management. Shervin immigrated to the United States at the age of twelve and has been a California resident ever since.
After graduating from high school, Shervin Continued his education at De Anza College and transferred to San Jose State University and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
During his undergraduate program at SJSU, Shervin took an internship position as a counselor with a well-known non-profit agency that served high-risk youth and their families. This experience firmly established his passion to serve the community and a temporary internship position became an eight-year service.
Wanting to get involved on a Macro-level in his community Shervin pursued a professional education at the school of chamberlain real estate and obtained his Real Estate license in 2016.
Shervin has partnered with his sister and mentor, establishing Khazen Commercial Real Estate Consulting and Management Company. The Family has owned and operated Food Service, Student Housing, Manufacturing, Development and brokerage Companies since 1994 and Shervin has been a part of every activity that the family has been involved allowing him an extensive hands-on knowledge of every day operational aspects necessary to complete and manage a successful project.
After 8 years of service to the community, Shervin is joining the family business to provide superior service in the management of real property. Shervin is excited to bring his services to communities in the greater bay area like, San Jose and Oakland through the companies superior property management services. Moreover, he is eager to provide guidance and expertise to the company clients as they embark on their real estate adventures.
